Register for the intended party
Choose the intended person or company and an authorised contact. Review the registration confirmation rather than only the invoice name. A business invoice does not automatically prove the same company is recorded as registrant. Define an agency’s permitted actions.
Make administration transferable
Keep provider access, contact mail and a service inventory in business records. Plan staff handovers while limiting permissions. To change the recorded registrant, use the registrar’s process; editing an internal spreadsheet changes nothing at the registry.
Your practical checklist
- Choose the registrant before ordering.
- Check the registration confirmation.
- Document agency permissions.
- Plan staff handovers.
A useful question
Is the payer always the registrant?
No. Payment, account administration and recorded registration are separate roles.
